IF YOU HAVEN´T BEEN DOING ANY KIND OF SPORTS OR FITNESS ACTIVITY, OR HAVE SOME KIND OF DISABILITY OR INJURIES WHICH WOULD EFFECT YOUR TRAINING, WE RECOMMEND YOU TO START WITH FOCUS OR MOVE CAMP.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN TRAINING A LITTLE BIT OR DONE SOME SPORTS IN THE PAST WE RECOMMEND TO GET YOUR FIRST SWEAT SESSION IN WITH FIT CAMP OR CARDIO CAMP.

FOR ACTIVE PEOPLE OR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO START THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY WITH A BANG YOU CAN CHOOSE ANY FIT, CARDIO OR STRENGTH CAMPS.

FOR KIDS AND TEENS WE HAVE YOUTH CAMP. IT IS FOR ALL 12-17 YEAR OLD KIDS, NO SPORTS BACKGROUND NEEDED.
