IF YOU HAVEN´T BEEN DOING ANY KIND OF SPORTS OR FITNESS ACTIVITY, OR HAVE SOME KIND OF DISABILITY OR INJURIES WHICH WOULD EFFECT YOUR TRAINING, WE RECOMMEND YOU TO START WITH FOCUS CAMP.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN TRAINING A LITTLE BIT OR DONE SOME SPORTS IN THE PAST WE RECOMMEND TO GET YOUR FIRST SWEAT SESSION IN WITH FIT CAMP.
FOR ACTIVE PEOPLE OR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO START THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY WITH A BANG YOU CAN CHOOSE ANY FIT- OR STRENGTH CAMP.
