WHO ARE WE?
THE HILDEBRAND´S GYM, OR THG WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2017 BY PERSONAL TRAINER MILOŠ HILDEBRAND.
WITH HIS 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FITNESS AS A PERSONAL TRAINER AND A STRENGTH AND CONDITION COACH, HIS VISION AND DREAM WAS TO OPEN A GYM WHICH WOULD BE FOCUSING ON HEALTHY TRAINING.
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE TO MOVE TO BE ABLE TO LIVE A LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE,
BUT YOU ALSO NEED TO KNOW WHY.

WE HAVE DEVELOPED OUR OWN SYSTEM OF TRAINING SO YOU WILL GET THE MOST OUT OF THE WORKOUTS

FOR WHO IS IT?
TRAINING AT THE HILDEBRAND´S GYM IS FOR EVERYONE. YOUR AGE OR FITNESS LEVEL DOES NOT MATTER. ALL MOVEMENTS CAN BE SCALED DOWN TO FIT YOUR NEEDS.
WE DO HOWEVER HAVE AN AGE LIMIT OF 15 FOR THE GROUP TRAININGS, EXCEPT YOUTH CAMP WHERE AGE LIMIT IS 10-15.
